There’s something about January that makes us all feel like this is the year. A fresh start, new beginnings, and that quiet motivation to reset how we do things — at home and in business. Fresh diaries, grand plans, and a sudden urge to reorganise every cupboard in the house (usually while muttering why do I have four of these?).

Here at White Heather Home, our new year didn’t start with a vision board or a perfectly colour‑coded plan. It started with boxes. Lots of boxes. And tape. So much tape.

Because we’ve moved into a new storage and working space for White Heather Home — a big step forward for our growing Irish homewares business.

After months of squeezing stock into every spare corner imaginable, we’ve officially moved into a new storage space — and it feels a bit like moving from a tiny city apartment into a house with an actual utility room. Glorious.

This new premises means more room to breathe, more room to work, and most importantly… more room for beautiful pieces to come through our doors.

No more playing real‑life Tetris trying to reach a lamp without knocking over three vases and a basket tower. No more apologising to couriers while we perform gymnastics around stacked boxes. Everything now has a place — and I can tell you, my stress levels have noticed.
